The Law on the Protection of Personal Data aims to safeguard individuals’ fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the right to privacy, by ensuring the protection of personal data.
In accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye and the relevant legislation, especially Law No. 6698 on the “Protection of Personal Data” (the “Law“), we would like to inform you through this “Clarification Text” about the personal data we process through our communication channels.

Through this Clarification Text, we aim to inform you about the purposes and methods of processing your personal data by our company, the legal basis for such processing, the methods through which we collect your data, and your rights under the Law.

Capacity as Data Controller

Scope of the Clarification Text

This Clarification Text applies exclusively to our own platforms listed under the heading “Our Methods of Collecting Personal Data” and does not cover other websites, social media pages, or similar platforms.
If links to websites, social media pages, or other platforms outside of our own are provided, the terms of use and privacy policies of the linked platforms shall apply.

Websites, social media pages, or other platforms accessed via advertisements, banners, content purposes, or other means linked from our platforms, or whose content is automatically displayed on our website, may have different data collection, storage, processing methods, and privacy principles.

We shall not be held responsible for any potential material or moral damages, losses, or legal liabilities that may arise from the use of these external platforms.

Data Processing

Within the scope of the Law, “Data Processing” refers to any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether fully or partially by automated means or otherwise as part of any data recording system. This includes, but is not limited to, the acquisition, recording, storage, updating, classification, and sharing of personal data with third parties to the extent and in the manner permitted by the Law and relevant legislation.

Personal Data That May Be Processed

You may visit our website and social media pages without sharing any personal data with us. However, in some cases, we may ask you to provide certain personal information. The personal data we may request from you includes:

  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your postal address
  • The name and/or brand of the company you own or are responsible for

Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data;

  • To fulfill our obligations related to the services we provide,
  • To respond to your questions and requests,
  • To carry out promotions, reminders, and notifications regarding the services we offer,

  • To manage processes such as information security, training activities, accounting operations, emergency management, sales and after-sales services, contract processes, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction efforts, marketing analysis, advertising and campaign management, communication activities, and to evaluate information and suggestions aimed at improving these processes,
  • To respond to information requests from official authorities.

For the purpose of, and in accordance with the definition of data processing set forth in the Law, we may obtain, record, store, process, classify, update, and transfer your personal data to third parties located both domestically and abroad, in compliance with the procedures and principles outlined in the Law and this Clarification Text.

Pursuant to Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Law;

  • The necessity of processing data to fulfill our legal obligations,
  • The necessity of processing data for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
  • The necessity of processing personal data of the parties to a contract directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract,
  • The necessity of processing data to protect our legitimate interests, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed,
  • The explicit requirement of data processing under laws.

Based on the legal grounds, we may process your personal data in the capacity of Data Controller.

Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties

As the Data Controller;

  • When procuring services from third-party companies to carry out our commercial activities,
  • When conducting promotions, reminders, announcements, and notifications related to our products, services, special offers, and campaigns via bulk emails, SMS messages, or phone calls,
  • When responding to information requests from Public Institutions or Organizations authorized to request personal data by law, as well as other relevant Institutions and Organizations without limitation,

We may transfer your personal data to third-party companies with whom we have agreements or partnerships, to other third parties, and—when legally required—to relevant Public Institutions or Organizations, in accordance with the procedures and principles set forth in the Law.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Within the scope of the processing of your personal data by us as the Data Controller, and pursuant to Article 11 of the Law;

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether at home or abroad,
  • To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist,
  • To request that the correction or deletion of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • To object to a result that is against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You May Submit Your Requests to Us

As the data subject, you may submit your requests regarding the processing of your personal data and the rights specified under the Law and this Clarification Text to us through the communication channels listed below.
According to the Law, you must submit your requests concerning your rights in writing via these communication channels.
As the Data Controller, we will respond to your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest, as stipulated in Article 13 of the Law (provided that we reserve the right to charge a fee if the process requires additional cost).
